25 years of professional experience as an employee and consultant in the private, public and non-profit sectors serving areas of sole entrepreneur business coaching, organization strategic planning and implementation, K-12 education policy, college and university performance measurement, welfare reform programs, and natural resource management initiatives. Culminating in my passion for supporting as many people as I can to find deep inner fulfillment, beyond their outer achievements.
